Adjust the wearing comfort by "re-sizing".
Changes in body shape can change the thickness of the finger, making the ring tighter and more difficult to remove, or so oversized that it almost falls off. Resizing is the process of adjusting a ring to the correct size.
Most jewelry stores offer resizing services, but the process varies depending on the design of the ring and the width of the ring to be resized, so please consult with the jewelry store staff carefully.

Adjust the distortion of the ring by "deformation fix".
It is surprisingly common for materials such as platinum and gold to distort into an oval shape when the ring is subjected to load, such as when a heavy load is lifted or when it is accidentally stepped on. The nails holding diamonds and other stones can also become deformed or loose for the same reason. Most jewelry stores offer repair services for these as well, but the time and cost of repair will vary greatly depending on the condition of the ring.
