Return and Exchange Policy
AGLOBE offers a 30-day return guarantee (contact us within 20 days of receipt and return within 30 days) to ensure that you can purchase items with confidence.
●Returns and exchanges for customer's convenience
- Please contact us of your intention to return or exchange within 20 days of delivery.
- You may be charged for the actual cost of the returned merchandise if the returned merchandise or included items are damaged or defaced.
- Returns and exchanges for the customer's convenience are limited to one time only.
- In the case of a return or exchange for the customer's own reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping and transfer charges.
- Refunds will be completed within 7-14 days after the returned merchandise arrives at our company.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items or reasons.

- Items that have not been reported to us for more than 20 days after delivery
- Items returned to us more than 30 days after delivery

Items that do not meet the return requirements
- Items damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility
- Items that is damaged, stained, or lost in the package due to the customer's responsibility
- Items that shows signs of use
- Items that has been returned or exchanged by the customer
- Items that cannot be confirmed as identical
- Items of the same design that have been returned or exchanged because of a size change
- Items received as a gift
If you wish to exchange an item, we will accept the item at the price at which it was sold at the time you applied for the exchange.
If there is a difference between the item you purchased and the item you wish to exchange, we will begin production of the replacement item as soon as we receive payment for the difference from the customer and confirm the returned item. If a refund of the difference is necessary, we will refund the amount of the difference, excluding bank transfer fees.
●Damage, stain, or wrong order upon arrival
We will confirm the details of your order and take action as soon as possible. If the item sent to you is different from what you ordered, we will prepare the correct item as soon as possible after confirming the details of your order.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure

Please contact us via the Contact Form below within 20 days from the date you receive the item. We will contact you with the return address and other details.

Please put the item in its own case and return it in the box with the certificate of authenticity, quality assurance certificate, purchase invoice, and all other included items.

The returned item will be re-appraised for diamonds, etc. to confirm the identity of the item.
