Return and Exchange Policy
●Returns and exchanges for customer's convenience
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
- Products such as wrong order, wrong size, wrong image, etc.
*If the size does not fit, please see Ring After-Maintenance. - Damaged, soiled, or lost merchandise
- Products that are damaged, soiled, or lost during packaging
- Products that show signs of use
- Merchandise that cannot be verified as identical to the purchased merchandise
- Items received as gifts
- Merchandise that is more than 8 days old after delivery
- Items returned without notification
●Damage or defacement upon arrival, or receipt of goods that are different from those ordered
We take the utmost care in handling our products, but if the product is unused and initially defective, we will accept an exchange or repair of the same product as purchased within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to do so, please contact us using the Contact Us form.
We will confirm your order and respond as soon as possible.
*Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be refunded upon confirmation of receipt of the merchandise.

Please contact us via the Contact Form below within 7 days from the date you receive the item. We will contact you with the return address and other details.

Please put the item in its own case and return it in the box with purchase invoice, and all other included items.

The returned item will be re-appraised for diamonds and other items to confirm the item's identity.
